Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe in Ireland is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to design, deliver and improve learning that supports graduates, managers and professionals across Ireland.

You will manage the full programme lifecycle, a mix of face-to-face, virtual and digital resources, ensure quality, records and audit readiness, and collaborate with HR, SMEs and external partners. Travel across ROI will be required; a flexible hybrid model is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering accredited or recognised learning
• Ability to manage multiple programmes with accuracy and governance
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital content development

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver engaging learning across Ireland
• Ensure quality standards, learner records and audit readiness
• Collaborate with HR, SMEs and awarding bodies to support accreditation
• Monitor learner data and drive continuous improvement
