Job summary

Expect extensive leadership responsibilities, overseeing multiple KYC teams, ensuring SLAs, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement across Compliance, Risk, Audit and Legal.

Qualifications

• Extensive AML/KYC operations experience in financial services (5+ years).
• Expertise in AML/KYC regulations and global frameworks.
• Strong governance, risk ownership and first-line risk management.
• Experience with audits and regulatory examinations.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for KYC operations in Limerick, aligning with global AML strategy and risk appetite.
• Act as owner for AML/KYC services from Limerick with governance and oversight.
• Oversee end-to-end KYC delivery across onboarding, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, and client exits.
• Ensure high-quality KYC reviews across teams meeting SLAs and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain accountability for AML risk and ensure timely remediation of gaps.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit and Legal for audits and regulatory examinations.
• Lead, develop, and mentor KYC leaders and teams.
