Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a KYC Periodic Reviews Team Lead in Ireland to oversee end-to-end KYC activities within the KYC CoE. You will ensure timely, accurate CDD/EDD outputs while maintaining strong first line controls and issue remediation.

You will lead a team, manage capacity, and collaborate with governance and QA teams to deliver compliant outcomes and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and CDD/EDD requirements.
• Proven experience in KYC/AML operations within Financial Services.
• Demonstrated people management and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day KYC operations within the KYC CoE, ensuring timely and accurate completion of CDD and EDD.
• Align operations with AML/KYC policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
• Manage workflow allocation, capacity planning, and prioritisation to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Act as escalation point for complex KYC cases and delivery risks.
• Embed 1LOD controls across KYC processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Identify and manage AML/KYC risks; log and remediate issues.
