Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR compliance or HR operations experience.
- Experience supporting multiple APJ countries.
- Experience leading regional compliance programs and governance reviews.
- Strong stakeholder management across HR, Legal, Payroll and leadership.
- Experience with governance reporting and audits.
Responsibilities
- Monitor labor and employment law changes across APJ and coordinate timely implementation.
- Lead compliance governance reviews and country assessments.
- Oversee statutory reporting and recordkeeping obligations.
- Partner with Legal and Employee Relations on regulatory matters.
- Drive standardization and harmonization of HR processes.
- Support country and regional audits and documentation.
