Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive growth in the Irish Life & Pensions broker market. You will develop regional and national broker relationships, shape sales performance and guide a team of Broker Consultants under the Chief Growth Officer.

You will lead broker engagement, oversee sales activity and contribute to market insights for strategic decisions. A proactive, strategic leader with focus on sustainable growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related Financial services field.
• QFA and/or CFP is essential.
• 10+ years in distribution, with at least 5 years in broker relationship management within the Irish Life & Pension industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance metrics, provide guidance to the brokers to achieve revenue & growth targets.
• Develop a team of Broker Consultants to support the targets of the company.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers and relevant Broker & Industry bodies.
• Represent AGL as required at Broker events.
• Oversee day to day operations of broker consultants and ensure efficient processes are in place.
• Use appropriate sales tools to track and enhance sales performance.
• Delivery of required Training to Brokers on company products.
