Job summary

Aviva plc in Ireland is seeking a Head of Broker Distribution to shape and deliver the retail broker strategy across investments, pensions and protection, taking ownership of sales performance and sustainable growth. You will lead a national sales leadership team, build strategic broker partnerships, drive commercial success and ensure excellent customer outcomes while maintaining strong risk governance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Life & Pensions.
• Proven track record in broker distribution and sales leadership.
• Experience developing commercial growth strategies.
• Deep knowledge of the Irish broker market and relationships.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Aviva's retail broker sales strategy across investments, pensions and protection.
• Lead the national retail sales team to hit sales, profitability and market share targets.
• Build and strengthen strategic broker relationships and partnerships.
• Use market insight and performance data to identify growth opportunities and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Prop., Marketing, Operations, Finance, Risk and Technology to drive growth.
