• Extensive experience in Financial Lines insurance and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Financial Lines division, driving growth and exceptional client service.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the Financial Lines portfolio in line with Gallagher’s objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, insurers and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee design and delivery of tailored insurance solutions meeting client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and risks.
