Job summary

Alloy Enterprises is seeking a Service Manager for Ireland, based in Dublin/Cork, to lead a field-based team and manage P&L while delivering exceptional customer service across the region.

The role requires 2 days per week in the office and 3 days in the field, with frequent travel throughout Ireland including Belfast, Dublin, Cork and Galway. Competitive salary, bonus and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field-based teams and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in fire & security, telecoms, HVAC or similar relevant industry.
• Strong people management, leadership, coaching, and engagement skills are essential.
• Commercial awareness, solution-focused, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ireland as required.
