You will balance customer expectations with operational targets, drive planning, escalation support, and performance reviews, and partner with service coordinators, sales, and technical specialists to deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based engineering or service teams.
• Strong HVAC/refrigeration knowledge with chiller experience.
• Proven ability to manage safety/compliance in field ops.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
