Job summary

Deliveroo is hiring a Field-Based Business Development Executive for Dublin on a 12-month FTC, with a hybrid work model. You’ll drive restaurant partnerships, negotiate deals, and expand Deliveroo’s footprint in the UK & Ireland region, working closely with the Commercial team.

You’ll own onboarding, monitor early partner performance, and travel across Greater Dublin and nearby counties to identify top brands. If you thrive in fast-paced sales and can operate independently, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to target new business and hit targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, self-motivated with field-based resilience.
• Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional restaurant acquisition: map, prospect, pitch, and close partners across Greater Dublin and surrounding regions.
• Execute strategic business development: engage with independent restaurants via visits, emails, calls, and social platforms to show value of Deliveroo’s tech.
• Own the commercial onboarding journey: oversee end-to-end partner onboarding for speed and efficiency.
• Secure early partner success: support and monitor new restaurant performance in first eight weeks on platform.
• Act as a local territory expert: build insight into the regional food scene and travel within the region.
