Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an organised Office Manager in Dublin to oversee hard and soft facilities services across multiple client sites. You will coordinate a hands-on team, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with clients and contractors while managing day-to-day facilities requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office or facilities management.
• Level 6 qualification including Higher Advanced Certificate and National Craft Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day hard FM services including maintenance and inspections.
• Coordinate soft services such as cleaning, reception, waste and events.
• Lead and performance-manage a multi-site team of up to 20 staff.
• Be main point of contact for facilities queries and escalations.
• Maintain records and support audits, inspections and corrective actions.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, schedules, staffing and expenditure.
• Assist purchasing, purchase orders, deliveries and inventory control.
• Promote health and safety and environmental standards.
• Travel between client sites as required.
