• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering an exceptional level of service throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities through sales activity, networking, referrals and client engagement.
• Develop an understanding of client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, engage and screen candidates to assess experience, skills and suitability for opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial client engagement through to successful placement.
• Negotiate offers and manage expectations to ensure positive outcomes for all parties.
• Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to business growth.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
