Job summary

Access, a leading healthcare recruitment partner in Dublin, is hiring a Recruitment Consultant. You’ll post ads, review CVs, call candidates, and guide professionals through onboarding as they’re booked onto shifts, earning commission on top of base salary.

Expect full training from day one, visible results, and a clear ladder with promotions every 6 months. With 2+ years in events and EU passport or Stamp 4, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in events (Event Manager/Coordinator/Producer, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, budgets and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Clear progression or added responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Post ads, review CVs, and call candidates to find the right match for our clients.
• Guide professionals through onboarding until they’re cleared and ready to work.
• Book them onto shifts across our clients and earn commission on every single one.
