Job summary

Adecco Ireland is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant in Dublin to start or develop a career in recruitment, sales or talent acquisition. You will work with experienced consultants, supporting the full recruitment cycle and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and clear progression opportunities accompany a permanent, hybrid role with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or administration is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in person.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
• Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms.
• Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Support senior consultants in business development and account management activities.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs.
