Access Healthcare in Dublin 2 is seeking a results-driven recruitment professional to build relationships with healthcare professionals, match candidates with open roles, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will drive results toward placement targets and earn commissions, with a clear path from a base salary in the low €30Ks and uncapped commissions. Yearly earnings potential starts around €45K and can grow toward €75K or more with performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time professional experience, preferably in sales.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by targets.
• Available to work full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in Dublin 2.
