No recruitment experience is required as comprehensive training, mentorship, and a defined promotion path are provided, with a focus on rapid advancement and personal business ownership within a lively culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, empathy, resilience, and a people-first mindset.
• Ambition to progress, hit goals, and maximise earnings.
• Ability to work full-time in Dublin City Centre office (Mon–Fri).
• Valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
