Job summary

Access Healthcare in Ireland is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with candidates and clients, manage vacancies and develop your own desk, using your leadership and communication skills to drive performance. The role comes with a 12-level career framework and opportunities for internal promotions.

Base salary starts in the low €30Ks with uncapped commission, delivering €46K+ OTE in Year 1 and €75K+ in Year 2.

• Average performer: €46K+ OTE in Year 1 → €75K+ in Year 2
• High performer: €50K+ OTE in Year 1 → €79K+ in Year 2
• Base salary: Early €30Ks + Uncapped commission
