Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin invites applications for a Recruitment Consultant. You’ll start with a comprehensive training programme during work hours, mentored from day one, with calls to clients who already know us.

This role is Monday to Friday in the office, so your evenings and weekends are yours. We’ll teach you how to identify client needs, reach skilled professionals, and match candidates to shifts, building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; training provided from day one.
• Training platform with 150+ modules and coaching to build confidence.
• In-office, Monday to Friday, with evenings and weekends yours.
• You’ll quickly learn client outreach, candidate liaison and process basics.

Responsibilities

• Run your own book of clients and reach out to identified contacts.

What you’ll actually be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be running your own book of clients. That means:

• Speaking to more decision-makers to grow each relationship
• Keeping in touch with past clients so work keeps coming back
