easyHotel Dublin is seeking a Receptionist Team Member for a full-time, permanent role. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming check-in experience and smooth stay.

Fluent English, prior hospitality experience, and valid Right to Work in Ireland are required. The position offers a competitive hourly rate (€14.45/hour), flexible hours, and growth opportunities within an international brand.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Must hold a valid Right to Work full time in Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience.
• Handle guest queries and complaints.
• Assist with day-to-day operations.
• Inspect rooms and coordinate with maintenance or housekeeping for issues.
• Contribute to achieving positive 5* guest reviews.
• Ensure smooth booking processes through Apaleo.

Role & responsibilities:

• Happy with flexible working
• Support with day to day operations
• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
• Dealing with guest queries and complaints
• Inspecting rooms and communicating to maintenance or housekeeping with any issues
• Ensuring positive guest experiences, resulting in 5* reviews
• Ensuring smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system)

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience
• Fluent in English
• Must hold a valid Right to Work full time
