Responsibilities

• Receiving: visually check deliveries and note any damage on the courier docket.
• Verify goods against packing slips/invoices and update SAP/Oracle systems.
• Escalate variances to suppliers and correct paperwork.
• Take photographs of damaged goods and log non-conformances in MRB area.
• Communicate with suppliers/Customs when documentation is missing.
• Ensure SAD documents are available for bonded warehouse entries.
• Key receipts in the system and update storage locations.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of receiving tasks and regulatory compliance.
• Report stock status and movements to customers and vendors as required.
• Relay customer feedback to management and other departments.
• Develop knowledge of company services and processes.
• Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails and chats professionally.
• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional experiences and build lasting relationships.
• Provide cover for other accounts as needed.
• Support Customs Compliance where required.
