Job summary

Rhenus Group in Galway, Ireland, is seeking a diligent Warehouse Administrator to support end-to-end warehouse operations. You will handle Receiving, WMS administration, and customer queries, ensuring accurate data entry, stock control, and timely communications with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, assisting accounts and administration, and supporting continuous improvement across the team while delivering reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: visually check deliveries, verify against packing slip, report variances, photograph damages, notify supplier, hold non-conforming goods, process SAD documents, store goods, maintain records.
• WMS Administration: ensure data accuracy on the WMS, record storage locations, receive stock, assist with transfers and cycle counts, support IT on WMS queries.
• Queries & Complaints: respond to inquiries, investigate with warehouse staff, identify causes, escalate when needed, keep records.
• Facilities & Machinery & Security: safe operation, daily checks, report issues, arrange servicing, report security breaches.
• Health & Safety: support welfare, report accidents and concerns, collaborate with H&S team.
• Accounts: coordinate with finance for invoicing and reporting.
• Administration: QA, maintain compliance, complete reports, log customer activity, contribute to continuous improvement, support other departments.
