Job summary

You will handle phone and email queries, arrange viewings, coordinate with colleagues, and assist with MA kits and brochure production. A full driving licence and the ability to work to deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Sherry Fitz Way in all dealings.
• Provide sales support to the office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle incoming phone and email queries for viewings, surveys, buyer calls and appointments.
• Record enquiries accurately in AC/RPS.
• Liaise with team members to ensure up-to-date property information.
• Cover branch operations across other branches during holidays.
• Complete floor plans, measure ups and brochure writing with the sales team.
• Assist with Saturday viewings and MA-related preparations.
• Abide by PSRA guidelines.
