Sherry FitzGerald is seeking a Sales Support to join our Rathmines team on a fixed-term contract, with commencement aligned to the 2026 Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship. The successful candidate will provide sales support, handle enquiries, coordinate viewings and assist with daily branch operations across the network, while delivering excellent customer service within a busy environment.

A full driving license is required, and the role suits individuals who can work

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills.
• At least 2 years' experience in a sales environment.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Deliver sales support and assist the branch to run day-to-day operations.
• Handle incoming phone and email queries and coordinate viewings and appointments.
• Record enquiries accurately in AC/RPS and keep information up to date.
• Coordinate with branch operations and other branches as required.
• Support with floor plans, measurements, and brochure writing with the sales team.
• Assist with preparation for Saturday viewings and branch projects.
