Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the New Homes team to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to emails and phone enquiries promptly.
• Record all enquiries accurately on the development enquiry list.
• Assist at Open Viewings, Private Viewings and Launches.
• Communicate with purchasers to progress sales to contract signing.
• Process sales bookings and cancellations; manage deposits where applicable.
• Update property portals and web data as needed.
• Support the team with uploading new developments to the system.
