Job summary

Conaty Food and Catering Supplies is seeking a Re-Order Executive to manage the day-to-day ordering with suppliers, ensuring stock is ordered efficiently and accurately. You will coordinate with internal teams to support stock management and customer fulfilment.

This role requires strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, with experience in ordering, invoicing and stock control. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5.

• Stock ordering and invoicing experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and see them through to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Stock Ordering & Management: Place daily, weekly and monthly orders with suppliers; manage the full order process; monitor availability and lead times.
• Supplier & Internal Team Coordination: Communicate delivery dates with Goods Inwards; work with Sales and Customer Service to provide availability information; maintain supplier communication.

The Role

As a Re-Order Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day ordering process with suppliers, ensuring stock is ordered efficiently and accurately, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth stock management and customer fulfilment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Stock Ordering & Management

• Place daily, weekly and monthly orders with specific suppliers.
• Manage the full order process, matching incoming goods to customer orders and back orders.
• Monitor product availability and provide information on shortages, alternatives and lead times.
• Co-ordinate and manage incoming stock in conjunction with the Purchasing Team.
• Ensure stock orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Supplier & Internal Team Coordination

• Communicate delivery dates and details with the Goods Inwards Team.
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service Teams to provide accurate product and availability information.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Skills and Competencies
