Job summary

Conaty Food and Catering Supplies is seeking a Re-Order Executive to manage the day-to-day ordering with suppliers, ensuring stock is ordered efficiently and accurately. You will coordinate with internal teams to support stock management and customer fulfilment.

This role requires strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, with experience in ordering, invoicing and stock control. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5.

Qualifications

• Stock ordering and invoicing experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and see them through to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing stock and supplier orders.

Responsibilities

• Stock Ordering & Management: Place daily, weekly and monthly orders with suppliers; manage the full order process; monitor availability and lead times.
• Supplier & Internal Team Coordination: Communicate delivery dates with Goods Inwards; work with Sales and Customer Service to provide availability information; maintain supplier communication.
