Job summary

Conaty Food and Catering Supplies is seeking a detail-oriented Re-Order Executive to manage daily stock ordering and supplier communications. Based in Ireland, the role covers placing orders, verifying deliveries, and supporting stock availability to ensure smooth order fulfilment for customers.

The successful candidate will have experience in stock ordering, strong organisational skills, and advanced Excel knowledge to track orders and lead times, working Monday to Friday 8-5.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock ordering and invoicing is desirable.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.

Responsibilities

• Place daily, weekly and monthly orders with specific suppliers.
• Match incoming goods to customer orders and back orders.
• Monitor product availability and provide information on shortages and lead times.
• Coordinate with Goods Inwards and Purchasing Team to manage stock.
• Communicate delivery dates with internal teams.
