Egis is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution and monitoring of rail-related projects. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and information, liaising with clients and stakeholders to define scope and requirements.

You will help manage risks, documentation, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally in the Rail industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with ERP (Oracle…) is desirable and will be a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and support mitigation measures.
• Liaise with contractors, designers, and statutory stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Support procurement and contract administration activities.
• Ensure projects comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Maintain and update project documentation according to company policies.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
• Prepare and distribute project updates and status reports.
