Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Talent Attraction, or Strategic Sourcing experience.
• Proven success building proactive pipelines for scientific/technical roles.
• Experience with market mapping and talent landscape analysis.
• Ability to use data and insights to influence sourcing decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-quality, agile and business-aligned sourcing strategy.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned to R&D priorities.
• Maintain alignment with scientific hiring needs across R&D functions.
• Translate workforce planning into proactive talent campaigns, pools and pipelines.
