Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment in technical or specialist environments.
• Proven ability to source for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to develop recruitment strategies and deliver hiring plans.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing strategies and candidate relationship management.
• Ensure accurate recruitment data, postings, records and reporting; use analytics to improve outcomes.
