Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Sales Support Administrator in Dublin to create accurate pricing quotes and support deal progression. You will work with account managers, vendors and partners, ensuring pricing, licensing, and stock data are accurate while maintaining organised CRM and quoting records.

The role emphasizes administration, relationship-building, and growth within the IT and cybersecurity field, with collaboration across teams to deliver timely quotes and tailored product options.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, sales support or customer service role.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and strong organisational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive quotes for cybersecurity products and services.
• Interpret price lists, discounts and special pricing agreements.
• Ensure quotes match vendor licensing rules, subscription terms and renewal structures.
• Keep quote documentation organised and up to date in CRM and quoting tools.
• Coordinate with account managers to understand deal requirements and deadlines.
• Recommend best product options or bundles where appropriate.
• Respond to pricing requests and help complete RFQs or quote revisions.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure special pricing, approvals or promotions.
• Verify SKUs, pricing, licensing and stock availability before issuing quotes.
• Liaise with supply chain teams and vendors on lead times and logistics.
• Support improvements to templates, workflows and quoting processes.
