Job summary

Qumulo is seeking a Pricing and Deal Desk Manager in EMEA to support complex deal structuring and pricing excellence across EMEA and APAC. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to guide pricing decisions and deal execution, shaping discounting and multi-year agreements.

Role emphasizes data-driven pricing, collaboration with global teams, and building scalable pricing models. Cork-based hybrid work, three days onsite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing Analytics.
• Experience with complex pricing models (consumption/usage-based, credits, multi-tier channel deals).
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills to interpret data for decisions.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis and documentation.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Ops, and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Bonus: contract review, language skills, cloud marketplace deals, distributor/reseller channels

Responsibilities

• Review and approve deals, challenging non-working structures while speeding workflows.
• Collaborate with EMEA and APAC sellers to structure non-standard deals balancing revenue and margin.
• Refine pricing frameworks, methodologies, and discounting for complex commercial structures.
• Analyze historical deal data to test discount guidance and thresholds.
• Build and scale pricing models and tools to evaluate deal profitability across regions and channels.
• Own pricing documentation, policies, and approval paths; train the field.
• Work hybrid from Cork office, onsite three days a week.
