Job summary

Suir Engineering Ltd is seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels for Life Science projects in Dublin, based onsite in Blanchardstown. The role focuses on commercial management, procurement, and cost analysis across civil electrical/mechanical projects for multinational clients.

You will contribute to margins, cashflow, and change control in a dynamic, growth-focused firm. Ideal candidates hold a 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying and have 5+ years of

Qualifications

3rd level qualification in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying is required.
5+ years’ experience as a Project QS.

Responsibilities

Management and ownership of the commercial and contractual requirements through the life cycle of the project.
Interface Client Commercial/Contract Team.
Project Procurement including Sub-contractors.
Conduct cost and risk analysis.
Review correspondence to identify contractually critical items.
Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors.
Provide project costing, margin & cashflow reports.
Manage project change order procedures and costs.
