Job summary

Diver5ify is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage procurement, budgets and final accounts with a strong focus on stakeholder relationships.

The role demands extensive experience in cost planning, contract administration and risk management, with familiarity in major contract forms. A degree in QS or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience on major construction, infrastructure, civil engineering or building projects.
• Working knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, JCT or equivalent forms of contract.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction and infrastructure business delivering major projects across the UK and Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyors who are looking to develop their careers within a mature and expanding market.

The Role
