Job summary

Noel Group in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. You will work on commercial and residential projects, preparing budgets and cost plans and helping manage project costs on-site.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 3+ years of construction experience, strong Commercial/Contract knowledge, and solid negotiation and analytical skills. Experience with cost reporting and budgeting software is essential.
