Job summary

TalentCru is seeking Quantity Surveyors for Cork and Munster for a leading Irish Main Contractor. You will be exposed to a growing pipeline across residential, commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use sectors, with opportunities to assume commercial responsibility on own projects or within a team.

Quantity Surveyors | Cork & Munster Multiple Opportunities | Main Contractor | Secured Project Pipeline Due to the commencement of a number of new projects in Cork and further projects due to start shortly, we are working with a leading Irish Main Contractor to recruit Quantity Surveyors at a number of levels for their growing Munster team. We are keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors, as well as QSs who have solid main contractor experience and are ready to take the next step in their career. These are not replacement hires they are new positions being created to support a growing pipeline of secured work across Cork and the wider Munster region. Depending on your level of experience, you will either take commercial responsibility for your own project or work as part of an established commercial team alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers. Projects span residential, commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments, offering strong exposure across a variety of sectors.

This is a particularly good time to join the business. With several projects recently commenced and further starts imminent, there is a genuine long-term pipeline of work in the region and opportunities for progression as the Munster operation continues to grow.

What we’re looking for

• Main contractor Quantity Surveying experience
