• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge across projects.
• Proven ability to value variations and manage final accounts.
• Able to work in a team or independently at Senior QS level.

• Oversee commercial aspects of multiple projects within Cork and Munster.
• Lead procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts where required.
