Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Cork is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a high‑value Cork project. You will manage all commercial aspects, budgets, and contractual elements to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a third‑level Quantity Surveying qualification and 3+ years in a similar position, with strong cost control and stakeholder management skills. An attractive package with vehicle/travel allowance and benefits is on offer.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 3+ years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and procurement processes.
• Experience in preparing and analysing commercial reports.
• Good understanding of contract forms and construction law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
