Job summary

Ardale Recruitment client in the Pharma Construction sector is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for their Midlands office. You will manage sub-contract payments, claims, variations, procurement and client negotiations, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

The ideal candidate has a third-level construction qualification and at least 3 years' experience, with exposure to mechanical contracting. The role offers long-term prospects in the Midlands, West and North West regions, with autonomous project

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in quantity surveying or related role.
• Experience with sub-contractor payments, claims and variations.
• Experience liaising with clients and procurement teams.

We are recruiting for a valued client working in the Pharma Construction sector across Ireland. They have an established Midlands / North West Team and are seeking to hire an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them in their Midlands office. Ideally you will have a relevant third level construction related qualification, preferably with Mechanical contracting experience. You will have worked with recognised contractors and have at least 3yrs experience under your belt. This is a busy role, managing sub contract payments, claims, variations, procurement and client negotiations. You will report into the commercial manager but will be happy working autonomously, managing your own projects. This is a long term role in the region as they build their team to service their growing client base in the Midlands, West and North West.
