Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin is hiring a Content Moderator for an onsite, full-time role. You will support quality reviews of client workflows, perform content moderation across topics, ID review, and escalate as needed. Training is 4 weeks on site in Dublin.

Candidates must have proven content moderation experience, right to work in Ireland, and pass criminal, credit and other checks. The position is office-based in Dublin with 40-hour weeks, shift times 7am–10pm, and permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Must have proven Content Moderator experience.
• Right to Work in Ireland.
• Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, and any other required checks.

Responsibilities

• Support quality review of Client workflows managed by Clients Special Ops/Global Risk Ops (GRO).
• Content Moderation across topics (violence, self-harm, theft, privacy, hate speech, phishing, etc.).
• ID Review and Authenticity/Access Flows; Escalations.
