Job summary

Teleperformance Ireland is hiring a Multi Channel- Quality Expert Reviewer (Ukrainian speaker) for Dublin City Centre. The role is fully office-based with a 40-hour week, shifts across 7am–10pm, and four weeks of on-site training in Dublin.

Starting dates are varied, and applicants must have prior content moderation experience. The position offers permanent employment with benefits including healthcare, 20 days annual leave plus 10 bank holidays, a 4% pension, and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to evidence previous content moderator experience.
• Ukrainian language ability required.

Responsibilities

• Support quality review of client workflows managed by Client Global.
• Moderate content across defined categories and ensure policy alignment.
• Perform ID review and authenticity checks; handle escalations.
• Collaborate with Ops/Global Risk focus areas as needed.
