Job summary

BMD & Co Ltd in Athlone, Leinster, is seeking a Quality Admin to support the Quality Management System and client specifications. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will manage documents, review test reports, and assist with IMERs and documentation submission.

You will liaise with vendors, perform quality audits on welding logs, and maintain project databases. A Leaving Certificate is expected, with Life Science experience advantageous; strong PC skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate, with higher level education desirable.
• Experience in Life Science - an advantage
• PC literate with competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) Outlook.
• Experience with EIDA and/or PIMS databases a distinct advantage
• Own transportation is Essential
• Strong record management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage document management processes for the business
• Review and verify test reports to confirm accuracy of information
• Complete IMERs (Incoming Material Examination Report)
• Liaise with vendors to ensure correct documentation is received
• Cross check purchase orders against materials received
• Carry out quality audits on welding logs
• Control of critical documents via the project database
• Submission and tracking of documentation
• Send reports to client and sub-contractors
• Complete other administrative tasks to support the overall business which may arise from time to time.
