Job summary

Nahanagan Electrical Services, now part of the Entegro Group, is recruiting a Purchasing & Accounts Coordinator in Enniscorthy, Ireland. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage purchase orders, supplier invoices and project cost records to support delivery.

The role suits an organised, detail-oriented person who thrives on process, with opportunities to contribute to ERP implementation and wider finance activities within a growing energy sector company.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in accounts, purchasing or finance support.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with accounting ERP systems; audits experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and maintain records of costs and deliveries.
• Track orders and deliveries against project timelines.
• Maintain project equipment registers, asset logs and delivery records.
• Update Project Managers on outstanding orders, lead times and deliveries.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery docs.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Support monthly supplier payment runs.
• Allocate costs to projects and contracts for invoicing and reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare documentation for audits.
• Support finance reporting and improve processes and controls.
• Contribute to ERP system implementation.
• Provide general office and admin support.
