Job summary

Nahanagan Electrical Services, now part of the Entegro Group, is seeking a Purchasing & Accounts Coordinator in Enniscorthy, Ireland. You will manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and project records while supporting the broader finance function.

The role requires at least two years in accounts/purchasing/finance support, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and experience with ERP or purchasing systems. A system implementation exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in accounts, purchasing or finance support.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Experience with accounting, ERP or purchasing systems; exposure to a system implementation is an advantage.
• Experience supporting audits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate records of costs and deliveries.
• Track orders and deliveries against project timelines.
• Maintain project equipment registers, asset logs and delivery records.
• Update Project Managers on outstanding orders, lead times and deliveries.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Support monthly supplier payment runs.
• Allocate costs accurately to projects and contracts so they are available for customer invoicing and reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Support finance reporting and the continuous improvement of processes and controls.
• Play an active role in implementing a new ERP system.
• Provide general office and administrative support across the business.
