You will work with a fast-paced team to qualify opportunities and nurture early-stage accounts across government, non-profits, and education sectors. The role emphasizes outbound calling, inbound lead management, and collaboration with field sales to identify and source net-new pipeline within assigned

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and an additional language, and a valid working visa for Ireland are required.
• Experience in business development, sales, or a related field; interest in public sector, non-profit, or education sectors is a plus.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required; evaluated on core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting across Public Sector or .ORG accounts.
• Manage inbound leads driven by outbound effort.
• Nurture early-stage opportunities in government, local authorities, non-profits, and education accounts.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing Salesforce customers and new logos within the territory.
• Collaborate with core sellers to source net-new pipeline and research lines of business and org structures.
