Job summary

Bechtle is seeking a Public Sector Inside Sales Executive to support day-to-day sales for Public Sector customers. You’ll work with Account Managers, customers, distributors, and partners to manage the sales cycle from enquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, monitoring stock and lead times, and keeping customers informed throughout the process. Prior IT or public sector experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales or Account Management experience in B2B environments.
• Experience in IT, technology or software sales is advantageous.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements from enquiry to delivery.
• Prepare accurate quotations.
• Process and manage orders accurately.
• Monitor orders, stock, and lead times.
• Keep customers informed and manage expectations.
• Follow up on quotations and progress opportunities.
• Coordinate with distributors and partners for pricing and availability.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in Bechtle systems.
