Job summary

Recruitment Plus is seeking an Account Manager for the Business Development Team. The Office is based in Sandyford with a time split between office, working from home, and client visits to cover a nationwide portfolio.

The role focuses on identifying, securing and developing new business opportunities with local authorities and related public sector bodies. A driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business development, account management or commercial roles.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities with local authorities and related public sector bodies.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline across allocated regions to meet business needs.
• Prepare compelling business cases, commercial offers and presentations tailored to local authority priorities and constraints.
