Job summary

Good Job Creations is seeking a Tendering and Commercial Support professional to review and analyse tender documents, prepare bids in line with client specifications, and coordinate with Engineering, Projects, and Sales teams. The role involves cost estimations, managing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting pricing strategies during negotiations.

Qualifications

• We require a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with knowledge of tendering and cost estimation.
• Hands-on experience in BMS tendering is preferred, with exposure to HVAC or Building Management Systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience in tendering, proposal work or cost estimation is essential.
• Strong communication, writing, analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely bid proposals in line with client specifications.
• Coordinate with internal Engineering, Projects, and Sales teams to address clarifications and post-submission queries.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in BMS-related tendering.
• Relevant experience in tendering, proposal, or cost estimation work.
• Exposure to HVAC systems and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) is an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Strong interest in smart buildings, automation, and emerging building technologies.
• Good communication, writing, analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
