Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a market-focused professional to develop client relationships and drive new business in the automated entrance systems sector. You will manage existing accounts while pursuing growth opportunities and conduct market research to propose new accessories and solutions.

Proficiency in Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to learn maintenance software are essential, with an engineering background

Qualifications

• Experience in automated entrance systems or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer software usage.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize maintenance and operational software systems.
• Engineering background is advantageous.

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify and propose new accessories and solutions for automated entrance systems.
• Evaluate local regulations and industry standards to support product development and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are balanced and commercially favorable.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in automated entrance systems, building solutions, industrial equipment, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese language for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer software usage.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize maintenance and operational software systems.
• Technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.
