Job summary

Anderson McQue Inc. is recruiting for a client based in Dublin, a leading supplier and installer of complex EV charging solutions for commercial and domestic markets in Ireland.

The role focuses on sales for the Property Unit, liaising with property managers and developers, and maintaining a healthy funnel with CRM-driven KPI tracking. An electrical background or strong technical acumen is valued for translating complex solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent listener with ability to qualify prospects accurately.
• Strong sales mindset to drive a full funnel of qualified leads.
• Able to translate complex electrical and civil solutions for clients.
• Electrical background is advantageous; technical acumen is essential.
• Capable of presenting to large audiences.
• Experience selling solar solutions is a plus.
• Experience in multi-faceted sales processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales for the Property Unit by liaising with property managers and developers.
• Follow up on warm leads to grow the customer base.
• Maintain the in-house CRM and track sales KPIs.
• Work with the Sales Manager Properties and other in-house functions.
• Support the sales team according to market requirements.
